4Matrix

We have developed a three-stage CPD programme for schools based on the use of 4Matrix for forecasting the 2010 performance of the current Y11 students, encouraging action-research to decrease negative variation, and evaluating the impact of leadership decisions on raising achievement.
Pack contains lesson observation evaluation materials based on new inspection (2009) schedule.
