By return we will send you your school's unique login codes to download the 4Matrix school improvement system. You can then try it out by processing your 2011 examination data and produce automated comprehensive performance reports for every subject and teaching group. You will see how 4Matrix produces automated reports on every subject and on the impact of teaching for every teacher. You will also be able to track and forecast current Y10 and 11 pupils towards their 2012 examinations. Then, on Exam Results Day in August, you will be able to process all of your exam results and produce comprehensive performance reports within the hour. 4Matrix now comes with our demonstration school database. You can install it on a stand-alone PC in 10-15 minutes to evaluate it, and later reinstall it on your school network for all teachers to use.

Users can acquire an annual licence for 4Matrix for less than £1000 - which is many times less expensive than similar data analysis services. Ordering a trial Although there is no obligation to purchase, please do not order a trial if you have no intention of purchasing 4Matrix after the trial period has elapsed, or if you do not have the authority to arrange subsequent purchase of a licence. There is no obligation to purchase if 4Matrix genuinely does not live up to your expectations, but given the hugely positive feedback that we receive, and the highly reasonable cost we charge, we expect a large majority of schools undertaking a trial to be delighted and wish to continue to use 4Matrix after the trial period. Purchasing 4Matrix At the end of the trial period we will invite the contact person to request an invoice from us. This invoice will include a 4-week free payment period followed by a licence for a full year of use. The licence is for any size school and any number of school users. This also includes access to a selection of our high quality support materials. The licence includes free updates. There are no installation costs, no additional payments and no tie-in period. Three year licences are available, offering very good cost saving. Training In order to help schools to get the best value from their investment, we also offer a modular, in-school support programme Systemic Knowledge-Driven Leadership that will be delivered by accredited consultants with either senior school leadership experience, Ofsted experience or LA school improvement experience.
